It gives me a great pleasure to welcome to the R.S. Bidkar College that has three faculties Arts, Commerce and Science, running under the Gramin Vikas Sanstha. It is one of the leading educational institution in Hinganghat, District - Wardha. The value of its contribution to education in general is enormously great as it has, from the very beginning, tried all its best to lay emphasis on the education of downtrodden, the poor and the ignorant who really from the bulk of society.

Gramin Vikas Sanstha was founded by Respected Late Shri. Krushnaraoji Zoting Patil in 1961. Shri Krushnaraoji Zoting Patil devoted himself to educate the people by establishing colleges and schools far and wide in Hinganghat Taluka. He was a man of masses who devoted all his mind and heart to the cause of education.
